And also, since his clan already comes with psychic powers, it doesn't take up a trait. So technically, you're down one attribute for it to be legal. I also have not yet looked at the equations. Oh, and I changed OMFG. It's too strong, if you ask me. So I made it three rounds of battle. And then a player can activate it when they want to, but they have to use an "activate OMFG" action in the round of combat beforehand that counts as an assist action (so 2 flair for that action)

Well, you can. But you can't just leave out the bio completely.

Just say stuff along the lines of his past is quite unknown except to himself, and then go into detail about what he does nowadays.

Edit: also, in order to gain the bonuses of a light ranged weapon, you have to make your character with one. Scenery and improvised weaponry give no real bonuses unless the GM says so. And light ranged weapons cost a creation point, so technically, you have -1 right now.
