Yeah dude. Most likely Kris and I will be going to the one at Emerald. Or perhaps at Knightware or Legacy. I plan on making a red deck. The reds seem to combo extremely well together this time around.

I was considering making a red deck, too; my red/black just isn't working well enough, so I'm revamping that concept... again. If anything, I'll just do whatever when I go there and get cards. Razz

Yeah. Oh and Matthew Kris and I are going to Emerald tomorrow. Just in case you're interested. Kris is gonna go for fnm, and Matt and I are gonna play some casual with the guys there so he can see the other deck strategies out there.

So this isn't really Magic related. But I feel like rebuilding my YuGiOh deck, considering the fact that Magic has helped me with my deckbuilding skills. Razz

I know, same with mine. I had all these BEAST cards that I never realized could come in handy so well, all because I was afraid of discarding cards, destroying my own creatures or losing life. Now I'm not so scared of losing a little bit to gain a lot more, so it could be so much more epic than it is now. Razz

xDDDD

And apparently the sleeves I had on them were penny sleeves. I thought they were the beastliest sleeves around 'cause no one used completely clear sleeves but me. Then I realized the reason they didn't was because they had the nicer more expensive sleeves XD

DUDE. THERE'RE MAJOR CHANGES.

Legacy put Mystical Tutor on their ban list and they took out Grim Monolith, so now Grim Monolith is like $40.

And they shortened Extended, so now Extended is only four years worth of cards instead of seven!

And since they're not Extended-legal anymore, they've lowered the prices of so many cards. Tarmogoyf is now $40 instead of $90, Dark Depths is only $5, and shocklands are like $3ish cheaper than they were! IT'S INSANITY!

You just found out? XDDD Someone doesn't keep up with the Daily MTG Razz

And yeah, I've been looking for the dropped dark depths prices, but I've only seen them go down like ten bucks or so. Haven't yet found them at single digit pricing.

Naah, I don't keep with the daily MTG, I rely on the Magic Show. Razz

I noticed that; SCG LIES. But still, the shocklands got cheaper, and I'm definitely taking advantage of that (even though they're still pricey). I've got new deck ideas in mind. Very Happy

Ah, you watch the Magic Show too? I don't like how inconsistently Evan puts up vids, but when they come up I'm always excited to see them. I've also subscribed to channel fireball and the notorious scg and such. But they don't entertain me as much as Evan on the Magic Show.

Indeed. Hmm, I kinda want to go to Grand prix Portland just for the promo Umezawa's jitte. That card itself is worth about 30 bucks, and the participation fee is 40. And then I get 6 packs to make my deck Razz

Ho wow. How long have you been playing for?

&Mario, I had a fun dream last night. I had a dream that I was gonna sell my profitable rares and I was supposed to get $22 from it. But the guy who was gonna buy it decided to go on a "bathroom break", and he never came back with my cards. Thing was, he left the store empty, and I took all the Eldrazis while I could.

And ohhh, we're talking about YuGiOh xD Yeah, almost all my cards are old format too. The last pack I ever remember buying is The Lost Millenium, and that was years ago Razz

I was looking through Andrew Roxas' deck today. It actually doesn't seem like it's changed much. They've added a new rare. I think it's called Super Mega Flamboyantly Ultimate rare or something like that. The picture looks like it was made from some sort of fabric or something and then foiled over.
