Well, 28/4=7

So I still do damage. Not to mention, I have chitinous shell too (but at half its potency), so technically, his attack is halved when it comes to me.

Unfortunately, I didn't write it, so I can't give you a definite answer. Personally, though, I don't like the sound of the latter....

Imagine getting 28 attack, and then, oh, chet, now it's only 7...>_>

And on the other hand, imagine 28, then going against someone with chitinous shell, and instead getting 21 (since 1/4 of 28=7, and 28-7=21). That sounds reasonable to me..

This is true.

However, we're not talking about that. We're talking about the attack penalty.

Like for Ghost, for instance, with two muscle and a heavy melee weapon, the highest attack you could possibly have against this guy would be 4. That's the highest.

Since you didn't put up what Emil's level/flair to next level is, I went back to check for myself, and noticed something...

Ghost's last thing was

Ghost is Level 3! 2 Flair until Level 4.

And this round, he got one flair, and suddenly is now

Ghost is Level 5! 16 Flair to Level 6.
