1. No. You can use it as many times as you want until you see it fit to toss it, but it doesn't give any bonuses.

Anyway, a lot of you actually also leveled up just now. So I'm gonna give you all an opportunity to buy any skill/stat right now and use it in the next round of combat.

I just increased some muscle. I'm thinking we can get flair/combat bonuses for doing appropriately unorthodox things (with DNA's approval) since this boss's theme seems to be that he knows our every attack. Panda, can you use the toss item action to hand my character your BeamRifle? I'm thinking a swordsman using a sniper's weapon should be fairly unexpected. It means you gotta post before me though.
