And yeah, he started way before we did. If I calculated correctly, he got into it during the Ravnica block. Unfortunately, he can't find his old cards, so I can't confirm for sure. But he stopped soon after and now that we're into it he's gonna try it again. He got the black/red starter from rise of the eldrazi and I lent/gave him my nirkana revenant to spruce it up a bit. Oh, and in his first booster he pulled All is Dust XD

Wow, Ravnica? That's a pretty fun block. I wish I started then, but noooooo, I had to begin with Zendikar with Landfall and land-based themes and full-art lands and things. -___- At least there's the Eldrazi.

I'm pretty happy I got in when I did. Rise is friggin' awesomesauce. Although I'm not too into Zendikar. Worldwake seems fun, it's just I'm so unfamiliar with it that making my living lands deck is becoming hard. And now scars of mirrodin's coming out :O
